Are you an experienced Assistant Manager within the Bar and Nightclub Sectors?

THE JOB:

  • Venue Management: You will manage all aspects of the venue, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Event Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of events, ensuring proper staffing levels for each occasion.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they deliver excellent service to our guests.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control labour costs, stock inventory, and sundries

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Hospitality Background: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Guest Services Knowledge: Familiarity with guest services best practices.
  • Financial Management: Understanding of cost control related to labour, stock, and sundries.
