Are you an experienced Assistant Manager within the Bar and Nightclub Sectors?
THE JOB:
- Venue Management: You will manage all aspects of the venue, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Event Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of events, ensuring proper staffing levels for each occasion.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they deliver excellent service to our guests.
- Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control labour costs, stock inventory, and sundries
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Hospitality Background: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Guest Services Knowledge: Familiarity with guest services best practices.
- Financial Management: Understanding of cost control related to labour, stock, and sundries.
