Assistant Manager – Fine dining restaurant West Midlands

My client, a stunning contemporary fine dining restaurant in Leamington Spa, is currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join the front of house team.

My client is looking for a passionate individual from a fine dining background. It is a great opportunity to work with an experienced team who will offer you the best in training and who will invest the time to coach you into a well-rounded manager.

As Assistant Manager you will work closely with an experienced Restaurant Manager from a Michelin star background. You will support the management team to consistently grow the business towards Michelin star standards and lead by example as you motivate your team to offer the highest standards of service.

As Assistant Manager you will:

• Consistently offer high standards of service
• Support the Restaurant Manager in recruitment and training of the team.
• Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
• Opening and closing procedures of the Restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
• Run the operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

In return you will receive:

A salary of £20000/£22000 – depending on experience and what you can bring to the table.
