I have a wonderful opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth running of a high-end conference centre with rooms located in Leamington Spa.
This incredible venue has three restaurants onsite however this is not your usual establishment and due to the nature of the operation it offers fantastic working hours with only MON – FRIDAY shifts and no more than 40 hrs a week.
The environment is pristine, and the team are equally as great! Staff who work here tend to stay for a long time….
As the Assistant manager you will lead a team of 12 across three restaurants overseeing buffet breakfast, plated lunch and Al carte dinner service, again this is an early dinner service so you will be finish by 22:00 at the very latest.
If you love hospitality, then I can tell you that these jobs do not come around often.

As the Assistant F&B Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully overseeing the operational aspects of the three restaurants
  • Lead a team of 12 staff members
  • Delivering on the high service standards whilst being innovative to improve on these.
  • Ensure all staff are trained according company standards
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered too.

Ideal Assistant F&B Manager candidates will:

  • An unwavering passion for customer service and colleague development
  • Come from a hotel background would be ideal however not essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
  • Have experience in both F&B and the Front office.
  • Must have your own transport

In return you will receive:

  • A salary between £18000/£20000
  • Work with a stable team in a unique environment
  • Live in is an option
  • MON – FRI Work
  • 40 hours a week contract
