As the Assistant Bar Manager you will report directly into General Manager. You will instantly be placed onto a progression plan and be provided with all the necessary training to take full responsibility of managing the bar.

As the Assistant Bar Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure there is a consistent high level of service, which goes beyond guests expectations.
• Asses development needs and train staff accordingly.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages according to company standards.
• Keep the Bar menu offering up to date and following current trends.
• Manage and rota staff according to business demands
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene
• Delivering on high service standards
• Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations

As an Ideal Assistant Bar Manager you will offer the following:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience at supervisory level.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
• A natural ability to understand guests needs.
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverage trends
• Impeccable presentation
