Live-in Chef in Somerset: The Role
As a chef at this popular leisure hotel, you’ll support the kitchen team across busy hotel service. You’ll need to be confident, reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
- Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner and event service as required
- Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintaining food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy periods
What we’re looking for
- Previous chef experience in a hotel, pub, restaurant or events kitchen
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Confidence working as part of a busy kitchen team
- Good food hygiene standards
- Reliability and flexibility
- Available for a 3-month live-in role
