Enjoy your evenings and weekends! We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy, modern contract catering kitchen in EC2, London.
This dynamic modern site delivers a busy breakfast and lunch service, alongside varied and extensive hospitality and events.
The Role:
- Lead the breakfast service and support lunch preparation.
- Take ownership of your section and maintain excellent food standards.
- Support stock control and stock takes.
- Work closely with the whole team, supporting and developing junior chefs.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie with a stable work history.
- Background in B&I, contract catering or a similar environment.
- Confidence running a section independently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a positive, hands-on attitude.
