Sous Chef – Bristol

We’re looking for experienced Sous Chefs to join several quality gastropub kitchens across Bristol BS32 and the surrounding areas.
Paying £16–£21 per hour, these are genuine Sous Chef opportunities for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high and confidently take charge when the Head Chef isn’t around.
We’re specifically looking for Sous Chefs — our CDP positions are already well covered. With multiple venues available, we can match you with the kitchen, team, hours and style of operation that suit you best.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid Sous Chef experience, or a strong CDP ready to take the next step
• Full driving licence and own transport are essential
• Confident leading a section and running the kitchen when required
• Strong understanding of fresh food and solid kitchen fundamentals
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a busy gastropub environment
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications are useful, but experience matters more
