Responsibilities of General Manager 

• Overseeing the opening and day-to-day running of the café.

• Recruiting, training and developing a fantastic new team.

• Delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining high standards.

• Managing rotas, stock, budgets and labour costs.

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the café’s wellness ethos.

• Helping establish the business and making it a destination guests want to return to.

 

Who are we looking for?

Someone with experience managing a café, restaurant or similar hospitality operation who is ready to take ownership of a new venture.

You’ll be organised, commercially minded, passionate about people and comfortable taking the lead. Experience with new openings would be great, and a genuine passion for wellness or yoga would really help you stand out.

This is your chance to do more than manage an established operation — you’ll help build something from the very beginning.
