Fancy building something from the ground up? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen of a brand-new, all-day dining wellness café in Central London, with the chance to shape the food, kitchen and overall direction of the business from day one.

We’re looking for a passionate, creative Head Chef to develop fresh, Mediterranean-inspired menus across breakfast, lunch and dinner, bringing together great flavours, quality ingredients and a wellness-focused approach to dining.

Responsibilities of Head Chef

• Lead the kitchen operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner service, seven days a week.

• Create fresh, seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menus that reflect the wellness concept.

• Take ownership of food quality, presentation, consistency and kitchen standards.

• Help shape the kitchen layout, equipment requirements and working practices before opening.

• Recruit, develop and lead a motivated kitchen team.

• Manage food costs, stock, suppliers and kitchen budgets while maintaining excellent standards.

About you

• You’re an experienced Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.

• You have a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean-inspired cooking.

• You understand the importance of balanced, wellness-led food without compromising on flavour.

• You’re creative, commercially minded and confident developing menus from scratch.

• You thrive in a hands-on role and love the idea of helping build something new.
