Jubilee Talent is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our Gloucester team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We’re particularly interested in people who have worked at management level, such as Head Chefs, General Managers or similar senior hospitality roles.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We’ll provide the training, systems and support you need to make the transition. What we need from you is hospitality knowledge, confidence with people and the ambition to build a successful new career.

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Gloucester, Highlights:

• Year 1 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £40,000
• Year 2 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £50,000+
• Start earning commission straight away with our excellent bonus structure
• Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week
• Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional flexibility required)
• Based in our central office Gloucester
• Full recruitment training provided
• 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
• Extra day off for your birthday
• Multiple company social events and paid social trips away

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Gloucester, Candidate Requirements:

• Hospitality experience is essential, ideally at senior level such as Head Chef, General Manager or similar
• Strong people skills and confidence speaking with new clients and candidates
• A driven attitude and genuine desire to learn and progress
• Access to your own vehicle is preferred for occasional client visits
