Jubilee Talent is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our Manchester team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. If you’ve reached management level as a Head Chef, General Manager or in another senior hospitality role, this could be your opportunity to take everything you’ve learned and use it in a different way.

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Manchester, Highlights:

• Year 1 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £40,000
• Year 2 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £50,000+
• Start earning commission straight away with our excellent bonus structure
• Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week
• Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional flexibility required)
• Based in our Manchester office
• Full recruitment training provided
• 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
• Extra day off for your birthday

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Manchester, Candidate Requirements:

• Hospitality experience is essential, ideally at senior level such as Head Chef, General Manager or similar
• Great people skills and confidence speaking with clients and candidates
• A driven personality with the ambition to learn, develop and succeed
• Access to your own vehicle is preferred for occasional client visits
