Jubilee Talent is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our Reading team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. If you’ve worked at management level as a Head Chef, General Manager or in another senior hospitality position, we’ll give you all the recruitment training you need to make the move.

Previous recruitment experience isn’t required. We’re looking for someone who knows hospitality, enjoys dealing with people and has the motivation to learn, develop and succeed in a new environment.

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Reading, Highlights:

• Year 1 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £40,000
• Year 2 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £50,000+
• Start earning commission straight away with our excellent bonus structure
• Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week
• Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional flexibility required)
• Based in our Reading office
• Full recruitment training provided
• 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Reading, Candidate Requirements:

• Hospitality experience is essential, ideally at senior level such as Head Chef, General Manager or similar
• Confident speaking with new people and building strong working relationships
• A motivated, driven personality with the desire to learn and progress
• Access to your own vehicle is preferred for occasional client visits
