Chef de Partie – Restaurant & Banqueting
We’re looking for a talented and motivated CDP to join a professional kitchen team, ideally with experience across both restaurant service and banqueting for events. You’ll be working alongside an experienced kitchen team, helping to deliver high-quality food across restaurant service, events and banqueting. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing their skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities of Chef de Partie
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working effectively within your designated section
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy restaurant services
- Preparing food for banquets, events and functions
- Ensuring all dishes are presented to the required standards
- Maintaining high levels of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety
About you
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Ideally experienced within restaurants and banqueting
- Passionate about producing high-quality food
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A reliable and positive team player
