Hospitality Supervisor

Hospitality Supervisor | London | £30,000 – £32,000 | Monday to Friday Term Time Only

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and customer focused Hospitality Supervisor to join our clients’ team working across 3 sites in Central London.

 

With the sites offering high end hospitality in an educational setting, the focus is on exceptional customer service as well as attention to detail.

 

What you will be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day hospitality across 3 sites
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff
• Supervising food and beverage operations as well as being hands on
• Working alongside the Group Manager to ensure a high standard of service across the sites

 

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week, term time only

 

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Hospitality Supervisor or Team Leader with a proven track record
• Strong communication skills ensuring excellent interactions with both clients and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in supervising Hospitality operations
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as work as part of
• Attention to detail, adaptability and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
