4 DAY WEEK – DAYTIME ONLY: A Chef de Partie is required for an independent contract catering company offering a 4 day week. You and the team will be working with fresh produce completely bespoke to the clients needs. You will be working in a state of the art kitchen and catering for up to 500 meals a day – from sandwich platters to fine dining. Majority of the time you will be finishing around 3pm.
