Chef de Partie
Fancy cooking for a Billionaire? A CDP is required for a ultra high end catering company near Harlow that specialises in food for private jets. You and the team will be cooking bespoke food for UHNW clients – you will be using exceptionally high end produce where no expense is spared.
This is a 4 day offering with paid overtime available – your 4th day will be a daytime shift. Really good working environment– very calm and experienced Head Chef. Fresh food experience ideally fine dining and rosette experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities of Chef de partie
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to luxury standards
- Ensuring every plate is presented flawlessly
- Working efficiently to strict flight departure times
- Maintaining consistency across every order
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
- Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
About you
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-end events operation
- Passion for producing beautifully presented food
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a professional team
- Flexibility to work a rota including some weekends
