You and the team will be cooking bespoke food for UHNW clients – you will be using exceptionally high end produce where no expense is spared. This is a 4 day week offering with paid overtime available – your 4th day will be a daytime shift. Really good working environment– very calm and experienced Head Chef. Fresh food experience ideally fine dining and rosette experience is beneficial but not essential.
