Waiter/Waitress or Bartender in Brighton: The Role
As Front of House staff, including Bar Staff and Waiting Staff, you’ll be the face of the venue – welcoming guests, supporting events, and helping deliver smooth, professional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests, clients and visitors
- Serving food and drink at formal and informal events
- Keeping public and reception areas clean and welcoming
- Working confidently to site procedures and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, friendly people who enjoy working with the public
- Reliable, punctual and adaptable
- Smart, professional presentation
- Comfortable using phones, booking systems or basic computer systems
- Previous customer service or FOH experience is an advantage
