We’re seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a stunning luxury hotel set in the remote and picturesque Scottish Highlands.
This tranquil property boasts an award-winning rosette restaurant, alongside a busy schedule of weddings, events, and private functions. It’s an ideal opportunity for a chef who values high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and wants to develop within a refined kitchen environment.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with a skilled kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes, maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency across all services.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with a stable work history

Background in a rosette kitchen and/or 4* hotel preferred
- Strong passion for food, seasonal ingredients, and guest experience
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
