Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team in this prestigious site located in Central London.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing high-quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
- Supporting with hospitality and events
- Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastries and desserts
- Working closely with chefs and the hospitality teams
- Being involved with seasonal menu development and creative ideas
Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week
What we are looking for:
- Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
- Stable work history
- Genuine passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
- Strong attention to detail and presentation with a focus on consistency
- Calm, organised and professional approach
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
