Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their team in this busy kitchen located in Central London.
This high volume site caters for up to 3000 people daily as well as extensive hospitality and events. With a breakfast, lunch and evening service, all food is freshly prepared with high standards expected across all areas.
What we are looking for:
- A passionate and driven Chef de Partie with a stable work history
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to run a section and deliver high standards consistently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Keenness to learn and develop
