DBS Chef / Kitchen Manager : What You’ll Get 

  • £16–£19 per hour, depending on experience

DBS Chef / Kitchen Manager : The Role 

You’ll take ownership of the kitchen day to day, setting standards, leading from the front, and ensuring every service runs smoothly and safely. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations 
  • Maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) 
  • Preparing fresh, nutritious, high-quality meals 
  • Managing stock, organisation, and kitchen flow 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head of strong Sous Chef 
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to complete one 
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (minimum) 
  • A calm, organised approach and pride in consistency and standards
