You will be working under an Executive Head Chef who has everything organised and operates a slick operation. You will work side by side and look after a team of 10 Chefs.

Here is a snapshot of one Head Chef Contract:
- Salary £35,000
- Paid 52 weeks a year
- Monday – Friday
- 750 pupils
- Term Time Only
- Cookery School
- Full staffed team / brigade
- Daytime
- Stunning flagship private school near Bentley
- Fine dining – street food – bowl food – pure excitement
- Closed Bank Holidays/Christmas

The ideal Head Chef will come for a hotel background who can scale up from street food to fine dining.
The added bonus to this role is that you will be working for a company where you can progress from Head Chef to Exec Chef, Development, Area, Operations and Director roles.
