The Role

• Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant – Oxford
• Starting salary £27,000
• Earn realistic commission from day one (OTE £32-35k in year one)
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (daytime hours!)
• Full training and mentoring provided
• 28 days’ annual leave (inc. bank holidays) + your birthday off
• Regular company socials and paid trips away
• Office-based in Oxford (OX2 0FH)

About You

• You’ve got solid hospitality experience – ideally at management level (Head Chef, GM, etc.)
• You’re driven, curious, and ready to learn something new
• You’re great with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have your own vehicle for client visits
