We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Sous Chef to help lead the brigade at a historic 2AA country hotel just outside Warrington.

What we are looking for:
- Strong Sous Chef experience in a busy fresh food environment – rosette experience is a plus!
- A creative passion to develop new dishes that reflect the flavours of each season
- Strong leadership skills – ability to inspire and motivate a team even during a busy service
- Attention to detail along with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
