Food is completely bespoke to the client and will range from fine dining – street food and intimate private dining dinners for 10 – 100 cover weddings.

VERY IMPORTANT – This is a 12 month contract

Head Chef Snapshot:

  • Package upto £55,000
  • Your menus and your ideas (as well as your team)
  • Plenty of down time in January and February
  • 2aa Rosette standard food

Due to the standard and expectation of this hotel you must have worked minimum 2 aa Rosette with a stable background.
