We are looking for reliable and flexible General Assistants to join our team, supporting schools across Dudley and the surrounding area. This is a varied role where you may be asked to assist in the kitchen, dining hall, or with general cleaning and support duties, depending on the school’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of food in school kitchens
- Keeping dining areas and kitchens clean, tidy, and safe
- Supporting general cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Working as part of a team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff
- Following all health & safety and safeguarding procedures
About You
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential, due to travel between schools)
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work in different school settings
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Previous experience in catering, cleaning, or school support roles is desirable.
