The role:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team
  • Ensuring consistency and excellence across all dishes
  • Taking a creative role in menu planning and development
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 3 AA rosette setting (Or a Junior Sous looking to step up)
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and a true team player
  • Driving desirable due to our location in the Cotswolds
