What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to high standards
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently excellent service
  • Bringing creativity and attention to detail to menu development and presentation
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Working collaboratively as part of a passionate and friendly team

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi chef ready to step up
  • A passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking
  • Enthusiasm for learning and progressing your career
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills
  • You will need to be driving also
