There are two venues under the same ownership, Llys Meddyg Hotel & Restaurant (Boutique Hotel) and the Sailors Safety (Beachfront Gastro Pub). Depending on your experience and working style, we are happy for you to be based at either of the sites.

  • Base salary of £35,000 – £38,000 negotiable on experience and preference of venue.
  • Tips/ tronc on top of salary (approx. £3,000+)
  • Cash tips given weekly and tronc tips paid into monthly salary.
  • Potential of performance bonuses down the line.
  • Live In Accommodation available – high quality accommodation. To be agreed… around £100 per week (bills included).
  • Full-time, year-round position.
