Key Responsibilities

✔ Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
✔ Lead the team and oversee service in the Head Chef’s absence
✔ Maintain exceptional quality & consistency in every dish
✔ Train & develop the kitchen brigade
✔ Control wastage & food costs to ensure efficiency
✔ Foster a strong relationship between the kitchen & front-of-house teams

About You

✔ Proven experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
✔ Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
