Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure the venue maintains its reputation as a top choice for weddings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiries to the big day.
  • Drive sales performance, monitor conversion rates, and meet financial targets.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the team to uphold high standards.
  • Oversee venue facilities, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with head office to evaluate performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Senior managerial experience in hospitality (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
