Are you an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or an Assistant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?

THE JOB:

  • Day to day running of a restaurant within one of a stunning property located in the Scottish Isles.
  • Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
  • Support of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Delegative as well as hands-on service.
  • Staff training and development.
  • Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • two or more years of proven experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager.
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • High standard on personal appearance.
  • Ability and willingness to work split shifts.

 

THE PACKAGE:

  • 35K per annum + bi-annual TRONC.
  • 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts.
