Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?

THE JOB:

  • Day to day running of a restaurant within one of the Scottish Isles based Hotels.
  • Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels and service quality.
  • Smooth communication between all Heads of Departments within the property.
  • F&B Stock Management.
  • Staff training and development.
  • Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a table service setting at a Managerial level.
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • High standard on personal appearance.
  • Ability and willingness to work split shifts.

 

THE PACKAGE:

  • 40K per annum.
  • 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts.
