At Jubilee Talent, we are looking to recruit a French speaking Personal Assistant for the Managing Director of Jubilee and his associated businesses.

Within this role you will be expected to work pro-actively & assertively to complete a variety of projects & tasks alongside quickly developing into a confident decision maker. The role will involve overseeing scheduling, facilitating business requirements & coordinating logistics.
The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team, build strong relationships and contribute to exciting projects within the Hospitality, Catering & Recruitment industries.
The successful PA will have excellent English & French communication skills to effectively complete required tasks.
We are open to candidates from various career backgrounds but the Personal Assistant will have a proven track record of working to deadlines, decision making & had experience at a managerial level within a business previously.
