Exciting Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join the team. This role is vital for delivering a diverse culinary experience, from comforting classics to refined three-course menus, including special events and bespoke offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on menu development and specials.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for food and exceptional service.
  • Creative flair to deliver exciting dining options.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • A commitment to fostering a thriving community
    Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year
