Are you an experienced sous chef looking for your next role, we have an amazing opportunity at a bespoke hotel group looking for a sous chef to join the existing team. New opening, your own kitchen garden and animals reared on site, this is a great opportunity to really hone your craft.
THE JOB:
- Confidence with the overall running of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships.
- Support the Head Chef.
- Work closely with kitchen gardeners utilising the garden produce.
- Help plan kitchen rotas.
- Take an active role in training and teaching.
