Manchester’s Stock Exchange Hotel is set to unveil a brand-new luxury dining experience named “Tender” on 5th June. This exciting venture will be led by the talented chef-in-residence, Niall Keating, who boasts two Michelin stars.
Tender promises a diverse culinary experiences, offering weekday brasserie lunches, à la carte dinners, afternoon teas, a special Sunday roast, and even a chef’s table with a unique tasting menu – all meticulously crafted by Chef Keating himself.
At 33 years old, Keating has already achieved the remarkable feat of earning two Michelin Stars, making him one of the UK’s youngest chefs with this prestigious distinction.

Stock Exchange Hotel owner and former Manchester United player, Gary Neville, is thrilled about the partnership, commending Keating’s vision for “versatile and accessible dining.” Keating, in turn, is drawn to the hotel’s rich history and aims to create a vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere, breathing new life into the space.
“We’ll also be announcing a series of events and live music experiences soon, including a weekly music programme within Tender,” added Neville. “This will truly bring the venue to life, making it the heart of the Stock Exchange Hotel.
