- Paying a salary of £35,000 + Overtime Pay + Share of Tips
- 45 Hours per week – But don’t worry if you end up picking up a few extra hours, you’ll be paid overtime for anything above 45 hours!
- Example salary for 48 hours per week: £37,333
- Tips shared amongst team based on hours worked (roughly £1.5o per hour worked/ £3,000 per year)
