Are there any bigger days in the world of Hospitality? Yesterday, at Manchester’s Midland Hotel, saw this year’s stars awarded by Michelin, the most prestigious of prizes in our culinary world…
The Ledbury claimed centre-stage by winning a most coveted 3rd Star – last year saw no newly awarded third stars demonstrating just how hard these are to come by!
There were a total of six two-star awards… going to properties in Birmingham, London, Cork and Crieff near Perth in Scotland.
And a further 18 New Stars were born, 11 of which came from London including one from none other than Gordon Ramsay.
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL, FROM JUBILEE
