Hotel Deputy General Manager job in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ideal Experience:
- Management experience within a 4-star Hotel (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience within a Country House/ Manor House Hotel is highly beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in leading, developing and motivating operational teams, improving quality standards, driving revenues and profit achievement.
