The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have at least 1 year previous experience as F&B Assistant Manager or within 4 or 5 star hotels with busy F&B operation.
  • Have deep knowledge about Food Hygiene and all the Health and Safety legislation.
  • Great knowledge about Food and Wines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.
