An impressive and unique London Hotel is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team. This £45k+ role offers internal transfer and promotion opportunities.

The Role:

  • To ensure that the highest Health& Safety levels and Food Hygiene levels are maintained constantly inside the kitchen.
  • To help to keep the stock and the wastage under control
  •  To undertake dealings with suppliers and commercial partners of the business regarding kitchen operations
  • To check all inbound food deliveries to ensure consistency and quality of all items delivered for the kitchen operation.
  • To assist the Head Chef with specials planning, costing, daily GP% financial sheets, payroll, and all operations of the kitchen.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • Have worked as a Sous Chef in a high-pressure Hotel kitchen environment

  • You able to effectively run a kitchen during busy times

Job Types: Full-time 45 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: £43,000 included of service charge + annual discretionary bonus.
