Chef de Partie – Live In – Brighton and Hove
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team on a temporary basis for the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes. You will have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to work well under pressure.
As the position is temporary, live-in accommodation is available for the successful candidate. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to spend the summer months close to the sea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in the preparation of dishes
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene and safety
- Ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard
- Working effectively as part of a team
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Experience working with fresh ingredients
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
