Immediate Start Permanent Chef de Partie – Windsor Berkshire

A 4-star hotel in Windsor is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their dynamic and dedicated team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of all food served in the hotel restaurant meets the highest standards. I am looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and who is passionate about cooking and producing high-quality dishes.

• • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards and menus
• • Ensuring that all dishes are cooked and presented to the highest standards
• • Collaborating with other members of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
• • Ensuring that all food hygiene and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• • Ensuring that all stock levels are maintained and recorded accurately

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about cooking, has a positive attitude, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. In return, we offer £27-30k per annum and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and evenings
• Legal right to work in the UK
