Your passengers will be seated in 1950s carriages with wood panelling, comfortable seats and curtains at the windows whilst a team and yourself provide the highest level of service to match the atmosphere which evokes memories of a bygone era.

Chef Responsibilities

• Carry out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner
• Be confident and competent whilst working in a moving vehicle
• Have plenty of drive and bags of personality
• Maintaining high standards set by the client
• Follow all relevant hygiene and health and safety guidelines
