A Food and Beverage Manager is required for a stunning hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham. This hotel has recently had millions invested including this new role of Food and Beverage Manager. In return the client is paying a salary of £30,000 – £35,000.
As Food and Beverage you will be responsible for all areas of the hotel with HOD support. You will be exposed to a recently refurbished Brasserie, afternoon tea, weddings of upto 200 guests – a renowned hotel in the region.
You will need to have a strong background in hotels and a passion for the industry and to also lead and train the team.
There is a new fine dining restaurant planned for this year so an amazing project for a Food and Beverage Manager – so a background in fine dining would be appealing.
