We require Chef de parties or above for immediate start in and around central London.
Paid by the hour to cover pastry, larder, garnish and sauce sections.
A variety of positions available, some banqueting, some Restaurants, all fresh food!
To qualify as a Chef de Partie for Jubilee you will need to be:-
- Experienced in Hotel’s, Contract or Event Catering
- Passionate about food and flavour
- Available to work a variety of shifts
- Ambitious to develop your skills and willingness to learn under talented senior Chefs
- Understanding of Health and food safety within day to day operations
- Understanding of Allergens in modern society
- A good hard-working attitude
