Chef de Partie – I am currently recruiting for Live in Chef De Parties Nationwide. I am working with a variety of clients such as award winning Rosette Gastro pubs, Michelin star Restaurants, beautiful Country Houses to destination local pubs.
The ideal Chef De Partie will have experience working in a similar style business, thrive on working in a fast paced environment and have passion for the industry. You must be willing to live in and open to relocating.
Some of the Chef De Parties responsibilities will include:
• Working across all sections
• Prep for lunch and dinner service
• Maintain a clean and organised section
My clients are offering salaries of up to £22,000 pa with live in provided and up to 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays).
