  • Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of the kitchen.
  • Building a team spirit amongst all involved
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
  • Menu Development.
  • Dealing with suppliers and ordering.
  • Developing junior members of the brigade.
  • An element of paper and computer work.
  • Working to strict budges and time scales.
